Growth Driven Design

What is Growth-driven design?
GDD-LogoGrowth-Driven design (GDD) is a method of building or adapting a website based on strategic information from the client followed by a continuous improvement process.

It’s very common for a client to have a website brief based on design-led ideas, functionality and assumptions which, if correct, can produce a great looking website that may well deliver a level of results.
The key word here is ‘assumptions’. How do we know who our audience are? How do we know what they want? How do we know the best calls to action or placement of content to deliver the best results? The answer is, we don’t!

A well planned GDD-based website will deliver BETTER results.

What are the risks and results?

As the table shows, there are risks to traditional web development but, with GDD, the risks are limited and the results far greater.

Spreading the cost over time, making decisions based on facts and adopting a continuous improvement model will deliver your business improved ROI on your web projects.

What does the methodology look like?

The Three Main Principles of Growth-Driven Design

We work to avoid the risks of traditional web design by taking a systematic approach to shorten the time to launch, focusing on real impact and continuous learning and improvement.

We are constantly researching, testing and learning about our visitors to inform ongoing website improvements. Through continuous improvements we can reach peak performance.

GDD is tightly integrated with marketing & sales. What we learn about visitors helps inform and improve marketing and sales strategies & tactics (and vice versa).

What does this mean to you, the customer?
