We are pleased to announce that Vital has been awarded Microsoft Gold Partner status for Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions.
The accolade recognises Vital’s expertise as a Microsoft Cloud Service Provider and, in particular, with the Microsoft Office 365 platform.
To earn the competency Vital had to prove its technical expertise and capability through a range of specific examinations and assessments, submit customer references to demonstrate successful projects which have met customer’s requirements and meet a challenging target of Office 365 deployments.
Lee Evans, managing director of Vital Technology Group, said: “We’re delighted to have achieved the Microsoft Gold competency status for our work with Microsoft’s Cloud services, which is another feather in our cap helping further set us apart from the pack and is proof that we are one of the top performing Microsoft Cloud partners in the UK.
“The IT industry is changing at a rapid pace and for most small and medium-sized businesses we now operate in a genuinely ‘cloud first’ world.
“We were pioneers of the managed services support model for SMEs more than a decade ago which has helped businesses to better manage their on-premise technology, and this recognition demonstrates that we are successfully adapting our business to stay at the forefront of our industry again, which is now being led by cloud services.”
He added: “We share a philosophy with Microsoft to do what we can to empower every person and organisation we work with to achieve more through technology, this is exactly what we aim to do with our customers and our partnership with Microsoft is key to this.”
Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president of Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Group, said: “By achieving a gold competency, partners have demonstrated the highest, most consistent capability and commitment to the latest Microsoft technology.
“These partners have a deep expertise that puts them in the top one per cent of our associate ecosystem and their proficiency will help customers drive innovative solutions on the latest Microsoft technology.”
