Salary: DoE / Negotiable – £35k plus
To support our continued growth we are looking to add a dedicated customer facing IT Project Manager to the team.
Reporting directly to the Directors and taking an active part in the management team you will be responsible for overseeing the successful scoping and delivery of a wide range of IT Projects to our customers. This can range from smaller projects such as a client device upgrade/rollout over a short period of time to complex infrastructure upgrades encompassing servers, virtualisation, networking and firewalls and cloud migrations which can run over a period of months.
This is a new role in the business and we are looking for an exceptional candidate who can bring the benefit of their own experience to drive instant improvements in our project management and delivery and help shape and drive this new role – we are looking for someone who can identify weaknesses and drive constant improvement in a professional and highly capable manner.
You must be well organised, pro-active and able to juggle multiple projects concurrently whilst maintaining active engagement with project stakeholders – in particular the customer through regular and professional communication.
Exceptional communication is an absolute must along side a demonstrable track record in a similar environment – you must have worked in a customer facing service provider environment.
